However, recently, Fitfood has been targeted by a brand in the market (The Chef House / The Healthy House), which has repeatedly used fake accounts to spread false information about Fitfood’s services. Specifically, the following actions have been observed by the Fitfood team:

Deliberately posting false comments on Fitfood customer reviews.
Using various fake accounts pretending to be Fitfood customers, creates manipulated discussions to distort Fitfood’s reputation.
Using fake accounts to post defamatory content about Fitfood in various groups.
Sharing inappropriate and offensive comments towards Fitfood customers.
Sharing rude and disrespectful content directed at Fitfood customers.

These fake accounts not only spread false information about Fitfood but also promote the products of a competing company. These harmful actions have damaged Fitfood’s reputation and negatively impacted the customers who have used or are using our services.

Through this official announcement, Fitfood hopes that our customers will not misunderstand our brand due to the aforementioned malicious actions, and we hope such behavior will not continue.
