Tempeh is fermented soybean originating from Indonesia. Though Tempeh isn't quite as popular as tofu, it is a mainstay of many vegetarian and vegan diets.

It is known to reduce cholesterol, increase bone density, reduce menopausal symptoms and promote muscle recovery.

We use non-GMO soybeans to give it a higher content of protein (19%), vitamins and minerals.

You can cut tempeh into slabs to make vegan steaks, sear them or just grill them on skewers.
